Firstly, activities I chose was running and cycling. But because of the pandemic I had to choose something else for myself, thus I did boxing with my father at my house. The last activity I did was yoga.

At first, I attended Fabryka Formy near our school and completed regular training sessions. During the lockdown, I continued to exercise at home and later decided to switch to dancing lessons. I can definitely tell the difference when it comes to my physical condition.

For the first few months, I regularly went running, but when it was too cold to run in the winter, I switched to workout and pilates classes at a gym. After the pandemic hit, utilizing what I’d learned during the classes, I continued working out at home with my own designed combination of HIIT and lower intensity pilates/yoga exercises.

I attended weekly horse riding trainings at Stajnia Cwał Zakrzewo. During lockdown I temporarily switched to exercising at home (mainly on elliptical machine) and resumed horse riding trainings at Stajnia Rusin in Dopiewo.

As for Activity, the pandemic forced me to switch from basketball trainings - as a member of our school’s team - to weekly jogging. At first by myself, I soon discovered the pleasure of company and joined my local running team.

At first, as my CAS I went swimming, however, since the pools got closed down because of lockdown I switched to inline skating and exercising at home. Additionally, I had an occasion to take part in an ice skating training. Any sort of physical activity proved to have a positive impact on my mental health.

For my CAS activity component I was attending local gym and as the COVID-19 pandemic started I started practising Yoga at home and then also some endurance trainings. The activity taken regularly, at least once a week helped with my studying schedule and stress.

Altering circumstances forced me to try a variety of sports. Initially, I participated in tennis group classes, where we mastered duels. When the pandemic began, I developed my endurance through home workouts to prepare for two running competitions. Of my final activity, I will tell you in the video below.

For my Activity CAS component, I did Cross Training.  CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. Owing to such training methods, I had the opportunity to master the essential skills deriving from a variety of sport disciplines. During pandemic, I adjusted my training schedule and continued my CrossFit experience at home.

I have been attending the gym. Unfortunately, I picked up an arm injury while windsurfing and had to be operated on,  thus I continued to train on my rehabilitation sessions and at home.

Throughout almost my entire acitivity experience I've been practicing Frisbee Ultimate. It is a competetive and fun team sport, which requires: body coordination, tactical thinking and technique. I would recommend it to everyone, who is not afraid of challenges and physical exhaustion.
